Grilled Bombay Sandwich

Ingredients
Sourdough bread, green chutney, sriracha, red onion, cucumber, tomato, shredded mozzarella, potatoes, dabeli masala, chaat masala

Veggies
- Cut the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes in thin slices. 
- Boil 1 potato. Slice and top w dabeli & chaat masala. 
Assemble
- Spread butter on one side of two pieces of sourdough toast. 
- Add green chutney to one side of the bread & sriracha to the other. 
- Add the potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, cheese, & more masala. 
- Add to a non-stick pan on medium heat, cook both sides until golden brown. 
- Cover with a lid and add some water to the pan while It cooks to melt the cheese inside. Don’t burn the bread. 
- Serve ketchup and a side of jalapeño chips.
