Fried Rice

Ingredients
Vegetables: 1/3 red onion diced, 1/3 bell pepper diced, mushrooms diced, 5 chopped garlic cloves, 2 green chiles, pineapple (to taste)
Sauce: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegan fish sauce, 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce, 1. tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce, 2 tbsp sambal, 2 tbsp sriracha
Rice: leftover rice for 4 people

Sauce - 5 min
- Add all ingredients in cup and mix. 
Veggies - 10 min
- Wash & cut vegetables 
- Add 3-4 tbsp neutral oil to wok on high heat. 
- Add onions, then garlic, chilis. 
- Once softened, add in bell pepper and mushrooms. 
Assemble - 10 min
- Add rice to the vegetables, with an additional 2 tbsp neutral oil. Stir and let It sit for 2 minutes on high heat. 
- Add the sauce, and mix. 
- Once coated well, toss to the side of the pan. 
- Add pineapple and cook on high heat for 1-2 minutes. 
- Mix everything and serve.
